Top Dog Daycare Requirements
We accept dogs of all ages and to ensure the safety of all our guests the following is required:
- If your dog is over six months of age, he or she must be neutered or spayed.
- Signed waivers are required for enrollment
- Proof of Current Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella/Kennel Cough* within the past 6 months
**Please note that bordatella vaccinations are not automatically given by most veterinarians unless requested, so you will want to double check your paperwork prior to coming for the evaluation. First dose of bordatella requires a 10 day incubation period.
